Bill of lading or airway bill
It is a statement issued by the transporter company, which consists of transport contact between the exporter and the transporter company, and declares shipping port and arriving port and the way of transport and shipping cost and the manner of payment. Bill of lading is considered as confirmation from the transporter company in receiving goods in its cargo decks, and it is a possession contract for the importer side in which it describes the goods and the receiver.

commercial invoice
It is an invoice that declares the quantity and value of dispatched goods and its specifications and delivery condition, which is related with the price. This invoice issued by the exporter and certified by trade champers, in which it specifies the quality of goods, number of pieces, weight and manner of payment in addition to mention agent's name in Syria, or the company has not an agent in Syria, and that Syria does not occur in any territory followed to another agent. Moreover, it should mention the name of the manufacturer company, the goods do not content any Israeli materials, and the company does not deal with Israel. It should be certified by the Syrian embassy in the exporter country and paying consular charges. In case of not paying consular charges in origin country, it should be paid in Syria in addition to penalty charges.

Certificate of Origin
It is a certificate issued by trade chamber in the exporter country that states the place of manufacturing goods. This certificate is very important to know the nationality of goods in order to estimate the rate of charges that will be paid for it. Moreover, it is useful in preventing any outflow for economically or prohibited goods.

Seraj Aldeen asserts that in case of import from Arabic countries, the certificate of origin should be based on developing trade exchange between Arabic countries, and this for make use from granted custom discharge. The rules of origin dictates: the product is considered as national product for the exporter countries in case of providing the following condition, "the product had grow or produced or totally manufactured in that country, and the value of raw material and direct costs are not less that %40 from the value of the exported goods".

Packing List
It issued by the exporter and it states the contents of each package and its number, shipment weight, importer name, and number of invoice.

Health Certificate
This certificate states analytical description for the ordered goods, and the essence of included materials in its production. It declares that this product is valid for human or animal consumption (it is necessary in some kinds of goods).

In case of arrival goods within wood packages or parcels
Seraj Aldeen asserts the necessity of finding the special international seal with standard No. /15/, which indicates that these materials had been processed thermally or by metal bromide.
