Bank letter that confirms arrival of documents by one of authorized local banks in the country with the received documents from the bank which are:
- Shipping policy signed and sealed by the concerned person.
- Packaging list states content, weight, description and number of each package of goods.
- List of numbers for electrical devices and tools with its types and dimensions.

Origin certificate issued by trace chamber and certified by the Syrian embassy (in case of import from Arabic countries, the certificate should be accordant with the dependant model by the Arabic university. It should include the actual rates of all foreign materials that included in production, and these rates should be detailed for each material and certified properly by responsible authorities to certify the signature of trade chamber. In case of import from Lebanon, the origin certificate should be accordant with the dependant model in the Lebanese Syrian agreement that carries the two flags of Syria and Lebanon).

Health certificate for the chemical raw materials, which states that, is not harmful for environment and it is valid for packaging foodstuff and kids' toys industry. This certificate should be certified from authorized health authorities and it is used in origin country since more two years.

Safety data sheet declares that the chemical and physical specifications of the material and the method of avoiding resulted harms on the respiratory system and skin and eyes.

Agricultural health certificate for non-manufactured vegetal materials, which states that these materials are clear from plant disease and it is valid for human consumption. This certificate should be certified by the Syrian embassy, and the goods should be shipped after 15 days from date of health certificate.

In case of not finding Syrian embassy in the origin country, the invoice and origin certificate and agricultural certificate should be submitted to the union of trade chambers in Damascus to certify the seal of the trade chamber on the invoice and origin certificate, and then submitting these documents to the exterior ministry in order to authenticate these papers.
