Goods value and it should mention CIF, F&C or CFR.
The name of importer should be mentioned on the invoice and it should be accordant with mentioned name of the shipping policy and import license without any difference.
If the goods were machines or tools, it should mention that it is new machines and not renewed with mentioning serial number, and manufacturing year and the trade mark.
The invoice should include the following statement, because it will not be accepted by the customs if it did not carry this statement:
We certify that this invoice is authentic and is the
only invoice issued for the goods described therein
that is mentions exact value of the said goods
without dedication of any advance payment and that
the origin of the goods is ( ..) Goods mentioned
in the invoice are manufactured by ( ) We
declare that no raw materials of Israel origin .have
been used for the production or presentation of the
goods mentioned in this invoice

Seraj Aldeen asserts on certifying papers from the Syrian embassy should be in the issued country of these papers, which is estimated with %1 from the value of the invoice, and the consular fee will not exceed 1500 $ in addition to 10$ for origin certificate which should not carry any value, and in case of not doing so, it will be considered as the same as the invoice by the side of consular fees. In case of not certifying the papers from the Syrian embassy or not finding Syrian embassy in the origin country, then these fees will be received fully when clearing the goods in Syria in addition to 50% from the value of the fee.
